Details
Passalacqua was founded in 1948, in the post-war years characterized by societal upheaval and widespread poverty. Grandfather Samuel worked as a sales representative to support his family, while his three sons—Biagio, Yor Armando, and Emilio—faced the post-war labour shortages with youthful enthusiasm and courage.
An opportunity soon arose: acquiring an old machine capable of roasting 5 kg of coffee every 20 minutes, which marked the beginning of a new venture—Passalacqua.
