Your right of cancellation
Under EU consumer law you have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order without giving any reason. You will receive a refund of the purchase price. The direct return costs are at your own expense.
How does it work?
- Fill in your details on the right (name, order number, and e‑mail address).
- Click "Cancel the agreement here" and confirm your cancellation.
- You will receive immediate confirmation by e‑mail.
- Send the parcel back within 14 days. We will refund you within 14 days of receipt.
Good to know
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons are excluded once the seal is broken.
- Freshly roasted coffee and tea remain covered by the right of cancellation.
- Coffee ground to order at your request is excluded from the right of cancellation: it is a made-to-order product.
- Pack your return carefully, preferably in the original packaging. Keep your proof of postage until the refund is settled.

How to return the items

- Ship the parcel within 14 days to the address below. Keep the shipping receipt until your refund is complete.

Wij hanteren een vaste bijdrage voor het retourlabel. De resterende verzendkosten zijn voor onze rekening. Adres en zending worden automatisch geregeld - je hoeft alleen het pakket bij een afgiftepunt af te geven.

- Right after payment you receive the label by email as a PDF.
- Print the label, stick it on the parcel and drop it off at a carrier collection point.
