Yes, this is one of the few coffee blends that consist of 100% robusta.
If your espresso is sour or the water runs through too quickly, the grind is too coarse. If the coffee tastes bitter or runs through slowly, the grind is too fine. Adjust in small steps each time and test again.
You can freeze coffee as long as you are 100% sure that the packaging is airtight, because moisture and odours from the freezer can make the coffee taste less good.
Also, do not freeze, defrost and then freeze again. If you use only a small amount, it is better to pack portions in freezer bags. But again: make sure they are airtight.
Personally, I would only recommend it if you really want to store the coffee for a longer period of time (>months).
