For how many cups is this grinder suitable?

The Hario Skerton N coffee grinder has a catch jar that holds around 100 grams of ground coffee. That works out at roughly 10 cups of coffee, depending on how strong you brew.

As a guideline, count on 6 to 7 grams of coffee per cup of filter coffee and 8 to 9 grams for an espresso. So in one go you grind enough for a full pot or for a morning with guests. Hand grinding does take some effort, so for your daily double espresso you would normally grind per serving. The ceramic burrs barely heat the beans, which keeps the flavour of your coffee intact.
