Customer Service

Emailing or using the chat is the quickest way to reach us. Email us through the contact form. On working days we usually reply within 24 hours, and often a good deal sooner. Or use the chat on our site. Our AI assistant answers most questions straight away, outside office hours too. If you need a colleague of flesh and blood, click "Speak to an agent" at the bottom of the conversation. During our opening hours a colleague will take the conversation over. Outside those hours we'll pick up your question on the next working day. Keep your order number to hand and we can help you straight away.

Our customer service is available Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 17:00 and on Friday from 9:00 to 16:00, apart from the lunch break between 12:00 and 13:00. We are closed at weekends. Do you email or chat outside these hours? We'll then pick up your question on the next working day.

Something not quite to your liking with our service, delivery, or your product? Please let us know as soon as possible! You can find our contact details on the contact page. If you are unable to resolve the issue with us, since 2016 it has also been possible to submit your complaint via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to submit your complaint via the European Union platform.
