Subscriptions are often flexible, allowing you to adjust the quantity, frequency, and types of coffee to suit your preferences.
How does a coffee subscription work?
To set up a coffee subscription with Café du Jour, follow these steps:
Select your coffee: Go to the product page of the desired coffee, for example, the Café du Jour Organic Aurora Mundo coffee beans.
Choose 'Subscribe & Save': Below the price, you will see the options 'One-time purchase' and 'Subscribe & Save'. Select 'Subscribe & Save'.
Set the delivery interval: After choosing the subscription option, you can select the desired delivery interval, such as weekly, monthly, or another timeframe that suits you.
Determine the quantity: Indicate how many packages you want to receive per delivery.
Add to cart and check out: Click 'Add to Cart' and go through the checkout process to finalize your subscription.
Once completed, you will automatically receive the selected coffee according to the schedule you set.
Can I adjust my coffee subscription at any time?
The Café du Jour coffee subscriptions are designed to be flexible. You can change the type of coffee, amount, and frequency at any time. Moreover, you can easily pause or cancel the subscription if needed, without any extra costs or obligations.

Yes, in addition to the convenience of automatic deliveries, a coffee subscription often offers discounts on the regular price. This means that you not only always have fresh coffee, but you also save money compared to one-time orders. Moreover, the subscription is flexible and can be adjusted.
What is the price of the subscription?
At the moment you subscribe, that is the price you will pay in the chosen interval. However, the price of coffee is subject to price fluctuations. Therefore, it may be necessary for us to change the price of your subscription, either up or down. Usually, this involves just a few cents. You will always save money with a subscription because you automatically receive a percentage discount.
I want a subscription with several different products, is that possible?
Yes, you can choose a subscription on the product page each time with the interval you want and add the products one by one to your shopping cart. Check your shopping cart and finalize the subscription.
How do I pay for my subscription?
Subscriptions can be paid via automatic debit (SEPA direct debit). We will only debit the amount after we have shipped the order for that month. This happens within 14 days after receipt. Therefore, you will be paying afterwards. It is also possible to pay by credit card. The amount will be charged to your credit card at the moment of shipping.
Where can I find an overview of my subscription(s)?
You can view and manage your subscriptions through your account page.
Can I temporarily pause my subscription for, for example, a vacation?
Yes, that's no problem. It's best to cancel the subscription in your account. As soon as you want to continue again, you can re-subscribe through the product page of the desired product.

What is the reflection period?
There is no cooling-off period because it is not necessary. Each subscription can be canceled at any time. If you wish to cancel your purchase after receipt, this can be done within 14 days via the return registration form.
