How long do I have to return a product?

You have 14 days after receipt to submit your return. Freshly roasted coffee and tea are also covered by the right of cancellation, even after the packaging has been opened, provided they have not been used beyond a sample taste. Sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons are excluded once the seal is broken. Submit your return via our cancellation page.
