How can I return an order?

Not completely satisfied? We find that just as annoying as you do. That's why we will resolve it as quickly as possible.

You can return an order. Your return shipment must meet a number of conditions;

• Within 14 days of receipt, you must notify us in writing that you are returning the order via email.
• After the notification, you have another 14 days to actually send the order back.
• You must include a note in the shipment (inside the box) with the order number and possibly the reason for the return.
• You have not used the item and if it is a consumable product, the bag or packaging is unopened.
• The item is not personalized, for example printed with your own logo or specially ground for you.
• You still have the original packaging of the product.
• You have not attempted to repair any damage yourself.

After receiving your return, we will refund the amount to your account within 14 days.

If your return shipment meets these conditions, you can send it prepaid to our address. Always ask for a shipping receipt from the courier service you use.

We can also send you a pre-paid label as a PDF and deduct the shipping costs for the return from the amount to be refunded. You must have access to a printer for this. For a return shipment from the Netherlands, Belgium, or Germany, this costs € 3.95. If you would like to take advantage of this, please indicate so when notifying us of your return via email.
