
What are the conditions for returning products?
You can return a product within 14 days of receipt if it meets the following conditions:
- The product is unused and in original condition.
- You still have the original packaging.
- For sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons: once the seal is broken, return is no longer possible.
- Freshly roasted coffee and tea remain covered by the right of cancellation, even after the packaging has been opened, provided they have not been used beyond a sample taste.
- Personalised products or coffee specially ground for you are excluded from return.
