What are the customer service opening hours?

Our customer service is available Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 17:00 and on Friday from 9:00 to 16:00, apart from the lunch break between 12:00 and 13:00.

We are closed at weekends. Do you email or chat outside these hours? We'll then pick up your question on the next working day.
