The full list of ingredients and allergens is on the packaging. Always check it yourself if you have an allergy, because the manufacturer can change the composition.
We deliberately do not copy that information onto the product page, so that you never rely on outdated details. Not sure? Then contact our customer service before you order.
Store this bar in a cool, dry and dark place, preferably at around 15 to 18 degrees and tightly closed.
Do not put chocolate in the fridge. The cold and the moisture can make the chocolate bloom, which leaves a greyish haze on the bar and makes the texture less fine.
This coffee is Fairtrade certified and carries the European organic label with the code NL-BIO-01. Fairtrade stands for fair trading conditions and a minimum price for the farmers.
NL-BIO-01 is the code of the control body that verifies the organic certification. The addition non-EU agriculture indicates that the coffee was grown outside the European Union, in this case in Papua New Guinea.
The ingredients of this bar are of organic origin under certificate number NL-BIO-01. The bar is made in the Netherlands. If you want to read the full list of ingredients, for example because of an allergy, always check the packaging itself.
On delivery you get the cooler, a steel mesh, a fine mesh and a manual.
The cooler runs on 230V (50/60 Hz) and uses 45 watts. The diameter is 205 mm and the height 250 mm. The design is low noise, so the cooling is not disturbingly loud.
A pack of Senseo Extra Strong contains 48 coffee pods. They are standard round Senseo pods that fit the pod holders of your Senseo appliance.
For a normal cup you use one pod in the 1-cup holder. If you want two cups at once or a larger mug, use the 2-cup holder with two pods. If you make a large mug with a single pod, even this strong coffee becomes thin and watery.
Yes. Every tea stick is made from 80 percent recycled or reused aluminium and is fully recyclable.
Let the used stick drain for a moment and then put it with the metal or packaging waste, according to the waste rules that apply where you live.

This is Gorilla's coffee house blend: a typically German cup of coffee. The taste is nutty and balanced, with an intensity of 6, which we classify as regular, and a medium roast.
It is deliberately a blend that has a bit of everything: not too bitter, not too sour, not too strong and not too weak. That makes it suitable for espresso, filter coffee and cappuccino. If your cup does turn out a little sour, grind slightly finer or brew with a hotter water temperature.
Use 1 teaspoon per cup or 2 tablespoons per litre of water. Pour boiling water over it and let the tea steep for 5 to 7 minutes.
The 50 gram bag gives you around 40 cups of tea. It is loose leaf tea, so you need a tea strainer, a tea filter or a teapot with a filter. Store the bag dry, dark and tightly closed.
This happens when soap residue is left behind in the system after a cleaning cycle. Our customer service then advises giving the machine an extra rinse with water only, or running the cleaning programme once more without a tablet. In practice the strange taste disappears afterwards. Also, never use more tablets than the manual of your machine prescribes.
Yes, you are ordering a set consisting of a cup with its matching saucer. The price applies per cup and saucer, so for six complete sets you add six of them to your basket.
The cups come from the original Café du Jour series and can be combined with the coffee cup and the espresso cup from that same series.
These straws are made of high quality stainless steel and can be reused endlessly. They do not go soft in your glass and keep their stylish looks, even after years of use. That makes them a more environmentally friendly alternative to disposable straws, at home and behind the bar.
Yes, you receive 1 kilo of whole beans, so you decide on the grind size yourself. For an espresso machine you grind fine (espresso grind), for a pour-over filter or a filter coffee maker you use a filter grind and for a percolator a coarser percolator grind. Filter grind and percolator grind are not interchangeable. With a bean to cup machine you do not have to do anything: it grinds the beans itself.
We describe this blend as chocolatey, nutty and slightly fruity, with a medium roast. It is intended as an espresso, but it also lends itself to cappuccino and filter coffee. For a double espresso, count on about 16 to 20 grams of ground coffee. If you are making filter coffee, 5 to 8 grams per cup is a good starting point.
