Do loyalty points have an expiry date?

Yes, our loyalty points have an expiry date of 12 months from the moment they are earned. This means you need to use your points within a year to benefit from the accumulated discount. If you receive an email that your points are about to expire but you are unable to use them at that time, please feel free to send us a message. We can reinstate your expired points if necessary.
