El Salvador SHG - unroasted coffee beans - 1 kilo

Coffee from El Salvador has a light body is very fragrant and aromatic and has a slightly sweet flavour. SHG stands for Strictly High Grown. This indicates that the coffee is grown at an altitude of around 1350 metres. Coffee grown at higher altitudes and lower temperatures has a slower maturation of the fruit and a denser bean; this ensures the desired high quality.

Note: this is unroasted coffee that therefore still needs to be roasted before consumption.
