The finish is exceptionally smooth, with a hibiscus floral aroma enhancing the overall harmony of the cup. Thanks to its high-altitude growth, the bean matures slowly, allowing its flavours to develop fully. Please note that this is unroasted coffee and therefore needs to be roasted before consumption.
