The sachet of mulled wine spice mix contains 50 grams and is enough to make mulled wine several times. For each 75 cl bottle of wine you use 2 tablespoons of spices, so after the bottle supplied you still have spices left for a next time. Yes. Thanks to its refined acidity and light body, this blend performs well in filter brews such as drip, Chemex and AeroPress. Cafetiere and percolator are possible as well.

Do pay attention to the grind size. For a pour-over filter or a filter coffee machine you use a filter grind, and for a percolator a percolator grind. Those two are not interchangeable.

The jug itself is dishwasher safe. The lid and the Smart Light indicator must not go in the dishwasher: clean those by hand.

We recommend cleaning the jug regularly, including under the funnel, so that no residue is left behind.
