The lid of my Brita Marella keeps moving, how do I fix it?

Press the lid down firmly all the way around until you feel it click into place. The Marella has a click-on lid with a flip-top filling flap that clamps onto the rim of the jug, so if it keeps sliding it is usually only fixed on one side.

Put the jug on the worktop, place the lid straight on top so the spout and the filling flap line up, then press down along the whole edge. Got a cartridge in? Check that it is pushed all the way into the funnel, because a cartridge sitting too high lifts the lid. If the lid still will not stay put, just get in touch with us.
