What is in the Café du Jour 100% arabica Mocca blend?

The Café du Jour 100% arabica Mocca is made purely from arabica beans, including beans from Costa Rica and Guatemala. There is no robusta in it.

That combination gives the lightly sweet, soft cup this blend is known for. The beans are medium and slow roasted, which brings out subtle chocolate notes and that characteristic mocha-like flavour. Good to know: we roast weekly in small batches, so the roast date on the label is always recent. The blend works just as well as espresso, as filter coffee, or in a cappuccino.
