The Madrugador is the crown jewel of our coffee selection, roasted in a small, traditional roastery using a barrel over a gas flame. After each batch, the roaster lets the beans rest for a few hours, up to a day at most, and evaluates the flavor. Only when everything is spot-on are the beans sealed in a container that allows any remaining gases to escape while preventing air from getting in. The roasting date is always recent (never more than four weeks old) and is clearly printed on the front of the package.
Kimbo Prestige coffee beans come straight from the renowned Italian roaster Kimbo in Naples. Typically, Kimbo sources its beans primarily from Central and South America, but that's not the case with these beans. The Prestige Blend is crafted from beans originating in Asia and South America. It's a milder blend than Kimbo's usual offerings, making it perfect for daily enjoyment. The blend contains 80% Arabica beans and 20% Robusta beans.
