How can I best brew this loose leaf tea?
Use approximately 2 grams of loose tea per cup (about a teaspoon) and let it steep for 5 to 7 minutes in hot water at around 95°C. For the best results, we recommend using a tea infuser, tea filter or tea strainer.
Are these coffee beans only suitable for espresso or can I also use them for other coffee specialities such as cappuccino or lungo?
These coffee beans have been specially selected for their intense flavour, making them ideal for espresso. However, they are also very suitable as a base for cappuccino, latte or lungo if you enjoy a strong coffee taste. You can therefore use them in a variety of different coffee creations.
How do I use the Royal T Stick Apple Cinnamon tea exactly?
You take the Royal T-Stick out of the packaging and stir it through hot water. You don't need to use a spoon: the stick immediately serves as a stirrer and the bag is wrapped around it, so no mess. When the tea is strong enough to your taste, remove the stick from the glass and it absorbs the excess water. After that, the stick can go straight into the bin.
How much sugar is there exactly in one sugar stick?
Each sugar stick contains 4 grams of sugar. This is a standard amount, suitable for one cup of coffee or tea.
How do the four Rooibos varieties differ in terms of flavour?
Each variety has its own character: Lemon & Ginger is fresh and spicy, Rosemary & Orange offers a sweet-spicy twist with fruity notes, Red Lemon is a fresh, citrusy blend, and Sunrise Flower provides a floral, spring-like flavour. This way, you can easily experiment with different aromatic profiles within Rooibos.
What flavours and intensities can I expect from the three coffee varieties in this tasting pack?
This tasting pack contains three different Lavazza Barista coffee varieties: the Intenso is powerful and ideal for a strong espresso, the Perfetto has a milder flavour and is suitable for a gentle espresso or a creamy latte, and the Gran Crema sits in terms of intensity and flavour exactly between the other two and is slow-roasted for a balanced cup of coffee.
How strong is the coffee in this package? Are the beans also suitable for lovers of mild coffee?
The three coffees in this package have all been selected to brew a strong, intense espresso. They are therefore especially suitable if you enjoy powerful coffee. If you prefer milder coffee, we recommend a different package with a lower intensity.
Do these blends contain 100% arabica beans, or is there also robusta in them?

How does this Lavazza ¡Tierra! tasting pack contribute to sustainability?
With this package, you choose coffee produced with respect for people and the environment. Within the ¡Tierra! project, Lavazza works together with Rainforest Alliance Certified™ to offer farmers better living conditions and to keep coffee cultivation as sustainable as possible.
What is the difference between the four types of coffee beans in this package?
The difference lies in the blend and roasting of each coffee: Segafredo Selezione Espresso combines robusta and arabica for strength with smoothness; Café du Jour - Madrugador is composed by ourselves for exactly the right balance; Lavazza Gran Espresso is medium roasted and has a soft, rich flavour with chocolate notes; Kimbo Aroma Gold consists solely of arabica and is therefore particularly strong without robusta.
Are these coffee beans suitable for home use or only for vending machines?
Although this package has been specially put together for vending machines (automats), the coffee beans are also excellent for use in fully automatic coffee machines at home or in the office. They are versatile enough for various brewing methods, provided your machine is suitable for grinding and preparing coffee beans.
Which coffees are included in the 'Strong but not bitter' Tasting Pack?
