No, our Sunrise Flower Rooibos tea is completely caffeine-free. Rooibos is naturally free from caffeine and therefore suitable for any time of the day, including the evening.

The teas in this package are generally mild in flavour. The Oriental Orange is fresh and smooth, Miracles is lightly sweet and not too spicy, Passionel has a floral and fruity taste, and Green Gunpowder is aromatic and mildly strong. If you are particularly sensitive, you can steep the tea for a shorter time for an even softer flavour.

Three of the four tea varieties (Fresh Herbs, Slaapmutsje, Inspiracion) are completely caffeine-free and therefore very suitable for drinking in the evening. Only the Nature Chai contains black tea and therefore naturally contains a small amount of caffeine. If you want to drink completely caffeine-free, you can skip this variety in the evening.

The Spicy Quartet consists of four different herbal tea varieties: Fresh Herbs (nettle, liquorice, fennel, elderflower, peppermint, lemongrass), Slaapmutsje (including valerian and St. John's wort), Inspiracion (ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, clove) and Nature Chai (black tea with, among others, ginger and cinnamon). Each bag contains 100 grams of tea.

We recommend using one heaped teaspoon (approximately 2 grams) per cup and allowing the tea to steep in water at 95°C for 5 to 7 minutes. This brings out the delicate and floral flavours at their best.
