This Matcha Green Tea Latte Mix is a ready to use mix for a matcha latte. Besides matcha (6 percent) it contains sugar, coconut oil and milk protein among other ingredients, which makes your drink soft, creamy and lightly sweetened. Pure matcha powder consists only of ground green tea, without sugar or milk components, and therefore tastes stronger and more bitter. If you want the traditional, unsweetened matcha, choose the pure matcha powder instead of this latte mix.
