How do I receive an invoice with VAT?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping confirmation. In this email, you will find the invoice with VAT attached for your records. Please keep this invoice for your own bookkeeping.

Can't find your invoice? Request it again directly via Request your invoice. Enter your order number and the email address used for the order; you will usually receive the invoice as a PDF by email within a few minutes.

If you have a business account, you can set a separate email address for invoices yourself in your account under "Account Information" > "Email address for invoices".
