How can I pay?
You can pay with iDeal, credit card (VISA/Mastercard), Apple Pay, KBC, Bancontact, PayPal, or pay later by invoice. Simply choose your preferred payment method during checkout and follow the steps to complete your payment.
How do I receive an invoice with VAT?
When you send your order, you will receive an email with the shipping confirmation. In this email, you will find the invoice with VAT attached for your records. Please keep this invoice for your own accounting. If you have a business account, you can provide a separate email address for invoices through one of our staff members.
Can I transfer the VAT?
If you have a business outside the Netherlands but within the EU, you can reverse charge the VAT during checkout. Enter your VAT number without special characters and ensure that the invoice and shipping addresses match. When the VAT is at €0 in the final step of checkout, the VAT has been reversed charged. This cannot be changed after completing the payment.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to make any changes or cancellations, please contact us directly. This can be done free of charge as long as the order has not yet been shipped. If the package is already on its way, you can refuse the order upon delivery or return the package after receiving it.
Can I receive an invoice afterwards?
Business customers with a valid VAT number and no payment arrears can pay on invoice afterwards. Invoices are sent as soon as the order is shipped. Make sure all company information is correct to make use of this option. Private customers can make use of pay later options with Klarna.
