Our Lemon & Ginger Rooibos tea contains real pieces of ginger and lemon, blended with high-quality rooibos. This ensures an authentic taste experience.

With 100 grams of loose Lemon & Ginger Rooibos tea, you can make approximately 40 to 50 cups, depending on the amount you use per cup (usually 2-2.5 grams per cup).

For the best result, we recommend using a teaspoon (approximately 2 grams) per cup, boiling water to 95-100°C, and allowing the tea to steep for 5 to 7 minutes. This brings out the lemon and ginger flavours to their fullest.

Yes, rooibos tea is naturally caffeine-free, so this Lemon & Ginger blend contains no caffeine. Ideal as an evening tea or if you want to avoid caffeine.
