This surprising combination of two powerful spices with spicy ginger and fresh lemongrass gives you a warm, nurturing feeling and a wonderful moment of tranquillity. Drink this tea pure or use it as a base for a 'Hemp golden milk'.
Preparation
- Use 2 tablespoons of hemp per litre of water or 1 teaspoon for 1 cup of tea
- Pour boiling water
- Allow to brew for 5 to 7 minutes.
