What are the Scanpart 2-phase cleaning tablets for, and do they replace a descaler or milk cleaner?

These cleaning tablets are intended for the parts that come into contact with coffee: the brewing unit, the lines, the valves and the flaps. They dissolve leftover coffee residue, fats and oils.

They do not replace a descaler and they do not replace a milk cleaner. You remove limescale with a descaler and you clean the milk carrying parts with a milk or cappuccino cleaner. Those are three different products that complement each other.
