Without unnecessary additives
We prefer to keep our products as pure as possible. That's why we only use essential ingredients: 73% hazelnuts, 20% dark chocolate (cocoa, sugar, and cocoa butter), and 7% cane sugar. Nothing more, nothing less. So, no flavourings, no dairy, and no palm oil. Thanks to the gentle binding properties of cocoa butter as a delicate and natural oil, the cream melts away instantly on your tongue.
Packed with hazelnuts
And we truly mean packed. Up to 73% of our gianduja is composed of high-quality hazelnuts. These Italian hazelnuts are simply the finest available, boasting an extra-strong aroma that is full, sweet, and creamy all at once. Sjoerd's signature roasting technique, performed with great care, ensures the nuts' intense aromas reach their full potential. The natural sweetness of the nuts is perfectly complemented by Mark's exceptionally pure chocolate, making the gianduja delicate, subtle, and intense.
