The cleaning tablets do not always dissolve completely in my coffee machine. What can I do to improve this?
Some customers notice that the tablets do not fully dissolve in certain coffee machines. We recommend placing the tablet well at the back of the cleaning compartment or, if necessary, breaking the tablet into smaller pieces before use. This will help the tablet dissolve more quickly and ensure the cleaning programme runs optimally.
Are these tablets as effective as the original (more expensive) cleaning tablets from well-known brands?
According to many of our customers, Clean Express works just as well as the original (and often more expensive) cleaning tablets from the well-known brands. The effect is experienced as equivalent; your machine will be clean again and the coffee flavour remains well preserved. Make sure to achieve the best possible cleaning result by placing the tablet correctly or breaking it if necessary.
Do I need to clean my machine manually in addition to the automatic cleaning programme?
The Clean Express tablets clean the interior of your coffee machine very effectively when you follow the automatic cleaning programme. For an optimally clean machine, however, we do recommend manually cleaning the brew group and other accessible parts from time to time, as advised by some reviewers.
Are these Clean Express tablets suitable for my coffee machine of brand X (for example Jura, Siemens, Bosch)?
Clean Express cleaning tablets are designed as a universal cleaning tablet and fit in most fully automatic coffee machines, including Jura, Siemens, Bosch, Melitta, Bravilor, Saeco, DeLonghi, WMF, Schaerer, AEG, Animo and more. To be sure, check whether the tablet size (17 mm diameter, 6 mm height) fits in your machine, or compare it with the original tablet you normally use.
Is there a score line on the tablets to make them easier to divide?
The Clean Express tablets do not have a break line or cross. If you notice that the tablets are difficult to dissolve in your machine, we recommend breaking the tablet into smaller pieces by hand before use.
