Café du Jour milk powder is great for making various hot drinks that require milk, such as Cappuccino. It is easily soluble and makes coffee, tea or chocolate flavour a lot softer. Ideal for vending machines such as our business coffee machines.
The milk topping consists of 80% skimmed milk and is freeze-dried and packaged immediately.
- Creamy layer of milk foam
- Bag contents: 750 g
- Good for approx. 75 to 95 cappuccinos
