Café du Jour milk powder is perfect for creating a variety of hot drinks that call for milk, like cappuccinos. It dissolves easily, giving coffee, tea, or hot chocolate a much smoother taste. It's ideal for use in vending machines, including our commercial coffee machines.
The milk topping is made up of 80% skimmed milk and is freeze-dried and packaged right away.
