500 g coffee bean cooler / coffee cooler

This 500-gram coffee bean cooler is designed to cool coffee beans quickly after roasting. The final cooling process after roasting is a very important step. If the beans are not cooled to room temperature quickly, the roasting process can continue due to the radiant heat between the beans. Freshly roasted coffee beans need to rest for 3 to 4 days. Only then can the full flavours develop.

Ideal in combination with, for example, the Gene Café CBR 101 roaster.

Low-noise system

The design with minimised noise ensures that users are not irritated by noises when cooling roasted coffee beans.

High-air volume motor

The use of the high air volume motor of 3000 rpm enables cooling of roasted coffee beans at the highest speed.
