Swisso Kaffee Drinking Chocolate - instant hot chocolate - 1 kilo

Swisso Kaffee Drinking Chocolate is an instant hot chocolate in powder form, in a 1 kg bag that makes around 80 cups. The powder is already sweetened and contains milk ingredients, so hot water is all you need. On the German pack the product is called Trink-Schokolade.

Taste of Swisso Kaffee Drinking Chocolate

The chocolate flavour comes from fat-reduced cocoa (6.4%), while the creamer with milk proteins makes the cup creamy. The result is a sweet, easy-drinking hot chocolate. For a richer cup, dissolve the powder in warm milk instead of water.

Making Swisso Kaffee Drinking Chocolate

Put about 3 teaspoons (12.5 g) of powder in a cup, pour on 150 to 200 ml of hot but not boiling water at around 80 °C and stir well.

Sugar, creamer (glucose syrup, fully hydrogenated coconut fat, skimmed milk powder, milk proteins, stabilisers: potassium phosphates, polyphosphates; emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, mono- and diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; colour: carotenes), fat-reduced cocoa 6.4%, flavourings, salt. Contains milk.

Per 100 g: energy 1699 kJ / 402 kcal, fat 6.4 g (of which saturates 5.5 g), carbohydrate 87 g (of which sugars 57 g), fibre 4.7 g, protein 2.1 g, salt 0.65 g. One cup (12.5 g of powder) contains about 50 kcal.

Storage

Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place. The best-before date doubles as the production number and is printed at the bottom of the bag.
