Swisso Kaffee Crema is a blend of 100% Arabica beans from Africa, medium roasted and supplied as whole beans in a 1 kg bag. The coffee is produced in the EU and placed on the German market by Sehrtop of Lübeck.

Black or with milk

A hallmark of the Crema is the fine, light layer of foam on the cup. Its rounded flavour shows best when you drink it black, but the coffee also takes milk or sugar well. With frothed milk it makes a fine cappuccino or latte macchiato.

Brewing Swisso Kaffee Crema

On the bag, Swisso lists four recommended brewing methods: espresso or caffè crema, the stovetop percolator (moka pot), filter coffee and the coffee machine. In a bean-to-cup or espresso machine you use the beans as they are. For the moka pot or filter, grind them first: fine for the moka pot, medium-coarse for a drip filter. Storage

Keep the bag tightly closed in a cool, dry place. The best-before date is printed on the side and doubles as the batch number.
