The Passalacqua Harem is a 100% arabica blend from 10 origins, including three of the rarest and most valuable gourmet coffees ever grown: Guatemala Volcan Azul, Hawaii Kona Captain Cook Extra Fancy and the Jamaica Blue Mountain.
The Passalacqua Harem is the result of blending 10 fine coffee varieties from the world's best plantations. These include Jamaica Blue Mountain, which makes this product unique in Italy in terms of aroma, flavour and value. Jamaica Blue Mountain is the best coffee on the international market, a coffee that tastes like honey with hints of vanilla and dried fruit, unsurpassed for the completeness of its flavours.
Thanks to the expert blending of selected and exclusive origins, Harem is a blend that gives the palate an intense pleasure and a long-lasting sensation of tasteful well-being. A naturally sweet coffee, to enjoy even without sugar, both at home and at the bar, to fully appreciate the delicacy that caresses the palate.
Details
Passalacqua was born in '48 in the post-war years in a heated society and enormous poverty. Grandfather Samuel worked as a sales representative to feed his family while his three sons Biagio, Yor Armando and Emilio, young and full of enthusiasm, bravely braved the post-war labour shortage.
Then an opportunity presented itself: buying an old machine that roasted 5 kg of coffee every 20 minutes with which he started a new business: Passalacqua.
