Passalacqua Cremador is specially developed for use in fully automatic espresso machines and excels in ease of use, aroma, and crema formation. This Neapolitan blend is ideal for an extended espresso or an elegant lungo, with taste and balance perfectly preserved.

The blend consists of seventy percent Arabica and is made from five different origins. This combination provides a rich aromatic experience with notably lots of crema and a full, rounded body. The flavour is accessible yet characterful, just as you would expect from a traditional Neapolitan coffee roaster.

Thanks to its refined composition, Passalacqua Cremador performs exceptionally well in automatic machines. The coffee flows steadily, produces a beautiful crema layer, and retains its aroma from the first to the last cup.
