Caffè Vergnano is a renowned Italian coffee brand, established in 1882 by a small supermarket in the Italian town of Chieri. The company was originally founded by the grandfather of the current owners and was known as Domenico Vergnano at the time. In 1930, the brand expanded by acquiring its own coffee plantation in Kenya.
