illy Arabica Tasting Pack - coffee beans - 4 x 250 grams

The illy Arabica tasting pack contains four single origin coffee beans from the illy Arabica Selection: Costa Rica, India, Guatemala and Ethiopia. You get 250 grams of each origin, so 1 kilo of coffee beans in total.

All four are 100% Arabica. That way you can taste at home, side by side, how strongly the origin determines the character of the coffee.

This tasting pack consists of whole coffee beans, 4 x 250 grams. So you need an espresso machine or a bean to cup machine with a grinder, or a separate coffee grinder.

If you are looking for ground coffee, choose one of our ground illy tasting packs. Beans versus ground is the most common mistake when ordering, so do check this before you check out.

Costa Rica is clear and balanced with a fine, honey sweet finish. India is full and spicy with a long, intense body.

Guatemala is round and smooth with hints of chocolate and caramel. Ethiopia is floral and delicate with notes of jasmine.

We recommend drinking the four packs one after the other and always using the same settings on your machine. That is when the differences between the origins stand out most clearly.

No, this is a fixed bundle with four pre-selected origins. Swapping or replacing items within the pack is not possible.

If you want a specific origin in a different quantity, order it separately. The individual illy Arabica Selection 250 gram packs are simply available separately in our webshop.

Store the beans cool, dark and well sealed, for example in a kitchen cupboard. Do not put coffee in the fridge, because it absorbs moisture and odours there.

Only open one pack at a time and leave the other three closed until you need them. That way the aroma of each origin stays intact for as long as possible. You will find the best before date on the packaging.
