You fill the ice chamber with ice cubes and brew coffee on top of it just as you are used to with your favourite V60 recipe.

The fresh coffee runs straight over the ice and cools down immediately, which gives you a fresh iced coffee while keeping the aroma. Use a filter grind for this, the same grind you use in a regular V60.

A plastic measuring scoop is included in the set, so you can easily measure out your coffee.

The dripper in this set is a V60 in size 02, which you can see in the item number VIG-02T and in the capacity of 2 to 4 cups.

So use paper V60 filters in size 02. Size 01 filters are too small and do not sit properly against the wall of the dripper.

The server has a capacity of 700 ml and is intended for 2 to 4 cups at a time.

The whole set measures 165 by 120 by 235 mm and weighs around 800 grams including packaging. When dosing, bear in mind that the ice in the chamber melts and adds to the final volume.

The dripper and the server are made of heat resistant glass, the holder is silicone rubber and the ice chamber is made of PCT resin. The set is made in Japan.
