Yes. Sunleaf Green Tea Lemon consists of 80 percent green tea and green tea naturally contains caffeine, also known as theine.

If you are looking for a caffeine free cup, choose a rooibos or a herbal infusion without tea leaf.

The blend consists of green tea (80 percent), lemongrass (15 percent) and natural lemon flavouring (5 percent).

That combination gives a light green tea with a fresh lemon note.

We recommend water of around 80 degrees and a steeping time of 2 to 3 minutes.

Do not pour boiling water over it. Green tea turns bitter from that and the fresh lemon note fades into the background. So let boiling water cool down briefly first.

If the box states a different brewing recommendation, follow that instead.
