These tablets are meant for the parts of your machine that come into contact with coffee, such as the brew group. They remove coffee oils and coffee residues that you cannot get out by rinsing alone. Our customer service regularly explains that such cleaning tablets can replace the standard cleaning tablets for your machine. Your machine's manual remains leading for the correct use and dosage.

Cleaning tablets tackle coffee oils in the parts that come into contact with coffee. A descaler tackles limescale in the water system: the water tank, the pipes and the boiler. Those are two different types of build-up and therefore two different products; you need both of them. If your machine has a milk frother or a milk container, a milk cleaner is added to that.

They are intended for fully automatic and semi-automatic coffee machines, coffee pod machines and coffee makers. You get 10 tablets per pack. If you are not sure whether your model has a cleaning programme with a tablet, check your machine's manual; we do not promise suitability outside these brands.

This happens when soap residue is left behind in the system after a cleaning cycle. Our customer service then advises giving the machine an extra rinse with water only, or running the cleaning programme once more without a tablet. In practice the strange taste disappears afterwards. Also, never use more tablets than the manual of your machine prescribes.

Follow that signal and the manual of your machine; there is no fixed interval for these tablets. This pack contains 10 tablets, so you can usually go a long way with it. Cleaning does not replace descaling.
