Assortment sleeve - Sunleaf - 12 x 25 tea bags

Sunleaf tea is picked, processed, blended and packed in the south of India. For the herbal and fruit infusions the ingredients may come from elsewhere. The rooibos in this sleeve comes from South Africa, for example, because that is where rooibos grows. We checked this with Sunleaf after customers pointed out the text about India on the box.

The sleeve contains 12 boxes with 25 tea bags each, so 300 tea bags in total. Each bag is individually wrapped, so the aroma is preserved until you open it. The whole sleeve weighs around 450 grams and measures around 22 by 12 by 21 centimetres.

The sleeve contains 12 different flavours, including Earl Grey, English Blend, Green Tea, Rooibos and Ginger Lemongrass, plus fruity blends such as Forest Fruit and Strawberry. Each box contains one flavour, so you keep the blends neatly separated. The composition of the sleeve is fixed and you cannot put it together yourself.

No. The black and green teas in the sleeve, such as Earl Grey, English Blend and Green Tea, naturally contain caffeine, also known as theine. The rooibos and the herbal and fruit infusions are naturally caffeine free. On each box you can read which type of tea it is.

Use one tea bag per cup and follow the brewing advice on the box of the flavour concerned. For green tea we recommend water of around 80 degrees and a steeping time of 2 to 3 minutes, because boiling water quickly makes green tea bitter. Black tea can steep hotter and longer. Store the boxes dry, dark and well sealed.
