No. The hemp in this Hemp and Turmeric blend is industrial hemp and it contains no THC, the substance with a psychoactive effect. So this tea cannot get you stoned or high.

The tea does contain CBD (cannabidiol). CBD works differently from THC and has no psychoactive effect.

This blend combines mild hemp with golden turmeric, spicy ginger and fresh lemongrass. That gives the tea a warm, spicy flavour.

Brew the tea a little stronger than usual, for example with a generous teaspoon per cup, and let it steep for 5 to 7 minutes in boiling water.

Then strain the tea and mix it with warm milk or a plant based alternative. Sweeten to taste with honey or sugar.

Use 1 teaspoon per cup or 2 tablespoons per litre of water. Pour boiling water over it and let the tea steep for 5 to 7 minutes.

The 50 gram bag gives you around 40 cups of tea. It is loose leaf tea, so you need a tea strainer, a tea filter or a teapot with a filter. Store the bag dry, dark and tightly closed.
