Gene Café left- and right side cover set

Our customer service sees two causes for this. The first is a guide on the inside that is worn or sitting at an angle. That is a fault in the machine itself.

The second is that the roaster was switched on without the roasting chamber being in place. During a repair you can tell afterwards which of the two it was.

If you suspect a fault in the machine, please contact our customer service first before replacing any parts yourself.

Never switch the roaster on without the roasting chamber being in place. That is also stated in the manual and it is the most common reason why customers have to replace these covers.

Also check, when you fit the roasting chamber, that it slots into place smoothly and does not rub against anything.

You receive a set of two inner sides for the Gene Cafe coffee roaster: the left and the right side cover.

The Gene Cafe part numbers are CR72-006A for the left side and CR72-007A for the right side.

Compare the part numbers CR72-006A and CR72-007A with the parts list in the manual of your Gene Cafe roaster. If those numbers are listed, this is the right set.
