Allow about 2 grams of loose leaf tea per cup and use water at around 80 degrees. Let the tea steep for 2 to 3 minutes.

We advise against using boiling water, because it makes green tea bitter. Since this is loose leaf tea, you will need a tea strainer or a filter bag.

You can. For cold brew, put the tea in cold water and let it steep for 4 to 12 hours in the fridge. The longer you wait, the fuller the flavour.

If you want iced tea more quickly, make the tea hot and about twice as strong, let it cool down and pour it over ice cubes. The melting ice dilutes the tea again.

Store the tea dry, dark and well sealed, for example in the original packaging or in a tea tin. That way the spicy notes are preserved the longest.

Loose leaf tea easily absorbs odours, so do not put it next to strong smelling products. The fridge is not a good place to store it.
