No. The compatibility list of this filter includes the ENA 5, ENA 7 and ENA 9 One Touch and the ENA Micro 1, 5 and 9. The ENA 4 is not on it, and our customer service has previously confirmed to a customer that this filter does not fit the ENA 4.

This is a push-in Jura water filter cartridge. According to the product information it fits: all ENA series (ENA 5, ENA 7, ENA 9 One Touch), the ENA Micro series (ENA Micro 1, 5 and 9), the Giga series (Giga 5), the A series (A5, A7, A9), the Impressa C series (C50, C55, C60, C65, C70, C75), the Impressa C series new generation (C9 One Touch, C90 One Touch), the Impressa F series new generation (F8, F85, F50), the Impressa J series (J7, J9, J9.2, J85, J9.3, J9.4, J90, J95, J500) and the Impressa Z series (Z7, Z9).

Please note: this filter cannot be used in a Jura A1. If your model is not on this list, do not assume that it will fit.

Jura uses several filter types and fittings alongside each other. This filter is the push-in version, which you press into the holder in the water tank. A filter with a different fitting will not fit that holder.

So first check the filter currently in your machine or the manual to see which type number belongs to it, and compare it with the list of machines on this page. That way you avoid ordering a filter that does not fit in your water tank.

The cartridge filters about 50 litres of water. That is the equivalent of around 400 cups of coffee or 1000 cups of espresso.

We recommend replacing the filter every 2 months in any case, even if you have not yet reached those 50 litres. If your machine asks for a new filter sooner, follow that message and your machine's manual.

Yes. This filter removes things like chlorine, lead and copper from tap water, but it does not keep your machine free of limescale.

We recommend descaling your appliance at least twice a year. Always take the water filter out of the tank before you start descaling.
