Krak Chocolate - Tanzania Kokoa Kamili - Dark Chocolate
Kokoa Kamili is a Tanzanian cocoa fermentation company that contributes to giving cocoa farmers 25% more income. The cocoa beans used for this bar were fermented in banana leaves for six days and then dried for five to seven days. Mark van Krak Chocolade roasted and rolled the beans into a delicious chocolate bar.
