Dutch Harvest's hemp is joined by hops, its dreamy brother. Soothing valerian and lavender complete this fine relaxation tea, taking you into a deep peaceful sleep. Together with the sweet herbs aniseed and chamomile, this mild blend lets you dream away.
Preparation
- Use 2 tablespoons of hemp per litre of water or 1 teaspoon for 1 cup of tea
- Pour boiling water
- Allow to brew for 5 to 7 minutes
