Truffle mix is a cocoa powder mix with a delicious blend of bitter and sweet flavours. It is made with Criollo cocoa. Criollo is a rare cocoa variety and is only grown in a few places. The volume of beans per cocoa bush is very low, the flavour is exceptional. With the Criollo bean, you get one of the most delicate cocoa flavours.The beans are rightly considered a delicacy. The right choice if you want good and classic beans. Pour hot milk (or water) over the powder and stir well. Can be served either hot or cold and possibly with whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
